LRM – Privacy Policy
Effective 30 September 2026
Summary
- We collect nothing. LRM doesn't ask for your name, email or any account, and it doesn't send us any information about you or how you use it.
- Everything stays on your iPhone. Your alarms and settings are saved in the app's private storage on your phone.
- No internet needed. LRM works entirely offline. The music and alarm sounds are built into the app.
- No adverts, no analytics, no tracking. The app contains no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting software.
Who we are
LRM ("the app") is published by Digitalhope Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in the United Kingdom. Contact: support@digitalhopeltd.com.
What the app stores on your iPhone
- Your alarms: the time, name, tone, repeat days, and whether snooze and the alarm are switched on.
- Your settings: the look you chose (Neon Night or Liquid Glass) and its colour, 12 or 24-hour time, the Nightstand digit style and dimmer level, and whether you have finished the welcome screens.
This information stays on your iPhone and is never sent to us. When you upgrade from LRM 1, LRM 2 reads your existing alarms and settings from the old version's storage on the same iPhone so you don't have to set them up again. Your iPhone's own backups may include LRM's data; those are covered by Apple's privacy policy and your iCloud or computer settings.
Features provided by iOS
- Alarms. LRM asks for permission to schedule alarms with Apple's AlarmKit, so they ring when the app is closed, your iPhone is locked or on silent, or a Focus is on. iOS keeps the schedule of LRM's alarms. LRM never reads or changes the alarms in Apple's Clock app.
- Live Activities. Snooze and nap countdowns can appear on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. They show the countdown with the alarm's name and tone, and stay on your iPhone.
- Siri and Shortcuts. If you ask Siri to set an LRM alarm, start a nap or turn your alarms off, Apple processes your request under its own privacy policy and LRM receives only the alarm details it needs.
- Screen. While LRM is open it keeps the screen awake, and the Nightstand can dim the screen. Your usual brightness is put back when you leave the Nightstand.
LRM does not use your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone or health data.
Purchases
LRM is a paid app sold through the App Store. Apple handles the purchase and we never see your name or payment details.
Earlier versions
LRM 1.0 and 1.1 (2017) included the Crashlytics crash-reporting library from Fabric, which could send crash reports containing the device model, iOS version, a random installation identifier and details of the crash. Fabric has since closed, and LRM 2 removes the library entirely.
Who we share information with
No one. Because LRM doesn't collect personal information, there is nothing for us to share or sell.
How long information is kept
Your alarms and settings stay on your iPhone until you delete them in the app or remove LRM. Removing the app deletes its data from your iPhone.
Your rights
We don't hold personal data about you. If you have a question about your privacy or your rights under UK data-protection law, email us at the address above and we will reply within one month. You can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Children
LRM is suitable for all ages and collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If the app changes in a way that affects your privacy, this page will be updated and the effective date changed before the update is released.
